Emporda Golf Club is a superb 27-hole design from noted Texan architect Robert von Haage.

Composed of three nine-hole loops, the Green, Blue and Gold Courses give the possibility of three different 18-hole layouts when combined. The Green and Blue Courses are used for important competitions and produce the most challenging course.

Adding a little more of a links experience is the breeze coming in off The Mediterranean Sea, with an uncanny ability to whip up into gusts when least expected, the extra spice just adds to the challenge. The excellent condition of the terrain, blessed with a great number of pine groves, lakes and dunes means that Emporda is not to be missed.

In the relatively short 13 years since it first opened, Emporda is already established as a top course on the Costa Brava, one of the best 10 in Spain and among Europe's top-ranked 50.

With a further nine holes planned for the near future, who knows what lies ahead for the impressive Emporda Golf Club?
