This is now the largest golf resort on the Costa del Sol. All three golf courses at La Cala are designed by Cabell Robinson, and all are of championship standards.

Located in mountainous and uneven terrain, the North Course is, thanks to its characteristics - ideal for top competition. Among the highlights are various elevated greens, which require special precision. Inclined fairways also create serious problems , including for medium-handicap golfers.

Widely varied on each hole, the tees offer different angles for the drive, which simplifies matters to a certain extent though you can't relax for one moment on this interesting course. La Cala Resort has two 18-hole courses and another six-hole par-three layout. Also under construction, and due to open soon, is another 18-hole course.
